"I hate to say that I now will not be shopping at this sally beauty store because of the experience I had with some Hispanic women working. I was trying to find a set of nails that would look good with my dress for hoco, she “helping me” and she insisted I get this blue sparkly set but I did not want to and I said that and she like snapped at me and I got offended and asked for her manager and she got very angry at me and snatched my nails out of my hand and after that I got angry and didn’t want any trouble so I walked out of the store with nothing and didn’t get any nails home coming."
"The manager, Jill, is so knowledgeable. She knows so much about each product. If you have a question just ask her. Also, she will suggest everything that you need for your desired look. The only downside is that they are out of so many products. She said that she used to do the ordering for the store She would see what they were low on or out of. Now, the company itself is just sending products on the scheduled day(s). She never know what is going to be in the next shipment. I don't like that. They should let the manager order for her store. Overall, it is always a great experience with the manager of this particular store. Have a question? Just ask her..."
