"Do not use this company for any reason. Joel has no idea what he’s doing and the other guy is a joke and doesn’t have knowledge in this field whatsoever. Joel had the nerve to argue with my mother about a pool pump he says was purchased on Amazon. He says he will tell the home warranty company it came from Amazon so they will not cover it. The pump did not come from Amazon. This guy is talking about something he knows nothing about. Unprofessional, rude, slow working, took forever to get them out here then he’s confrontational with a guest in my home. Beware! Update I went with another company that found that this companies inexperienced technician didn’t diagnosis the issue correctly.What LV Pool & SPA Technician informed me that my pump was burnt up and I needed a new pump for $1800 dollars but come to find out with the other company I hired all that happened was a wire was burnt and a new insulated connection was installed. Now my pool is back up and running. I would recommend checking other pool company such as I did that will show you the issue and will work with you or your home warranty company."

"I do not recommend this company, I had them come out twice now for our pool pump, guy doesn’t seem knowledgeable in his field at all. Very slow, unprofessional, tried to argue with my mother over the pump while she was a guest at my home, telling us our pump is from Amazon and they are going to tell the home Warranty company that so they won’t cover it, honestly this company is a nightmare. The pump is not from Amazon. He is out of his mind. Joel is a joke. Also a dog walking around sniffing and jumping on customers in the store is extremely unprofessional and unbelievable. Don’t waste your time or money."
