Once we decided to move forward with the re-plastering, Custom Pools by Reynolds was quick, efficient and professional. We have visitors coming in and Jessica assured me the pool would be ready for their visit and it is. They were sure to provide detailed instructions guaranteeing a beautiful pool. I also appreciate how the process was explained each step of the way. While not the least expensive, they certainly were not as expensive as other quotes we have received and they have the reputations and reviews to back their work. "We looked at a few different pool builders in the area before deciding to go with Bobby. Bobby put in a pool for one of our neighbors so we went over and took a look and then compared with a couple of other friends pools. The quality of construction and equipment all looked to be up to my standards and the price was in line with what we were expecting to pay. I am a stickler when it comes to contractors and sub contractors and very critical of their work because when they cut corners and I dont catch it, it is me that has to fix it or pay someone to fix it/do it right the 2nd time. During the construction of our pool, I did not see anyone rushing through any part of the pool build or cutting corners. Each sub contractor took their time and ultimately I am happy with our pool. I had some cheaper bids come in while I was shopping around but the quality of the equipment they were using was definitely on the cheap side. In addition, I believe that Bobby includes some items standard that other pool builders charge for like identification tiles along all ledges so you can see where drop offs are and toe ledges in the deep end of the pool. Service after the sale has been great as well. Any time I have had a question or concern about something, Bobby has always followed up with me. To date, my equipment has worked flawlessly aside from a problem with my pool cleaner which Bobby serviced and its running like new again. The big question, if I were to move and need another pool installed, would I ask Bobby to do it, without a doubt. Everyone likes pictures so here you go, dont mind the landscaping, that is the next project."
