"We have a beautiful pool that fits nicely with our home however the quality of the flagstone & grout work is poor. It will be a year in August & it looks like we've had it longer because the construction doesn't hold up. There are cracks EVERYWHERE & pieces of flagstone that wind up in the pool & around the deck. On the first meeting we expressed how important communication was to us & that was lackluster souring this experience so I cannot recommend them."

"They are nearly impossible to get a hold of. EXTREMELY difficult to get anyone to call you back. I'm completely baffled on how they get continued business, since returning your calls AT ALL isn't a priority. It doesn't take much to invest in an answering service or to prioritize at least a small portion of every day to getting back to customers even if just to set up a time to talk with them later more at length. Apparently, once you get a pool from them, it's "Adios, amigo!" and on to the next customer. In contrast, I have called La Vernia Pool and Spa and Leslie called me right back every single time and helped me over the phone, even though I'm not a customer! To set expectations, she explained right at the outset that they'd be unable to get to my request but she helped as she could over the phone. THAT'S how it's done."
