"I used to order my vehicle tires from Tire Rack and then I had to take them to a shop to have them installed, this made it inconvenient. I saw Discount Tire opened up a shop near me (St.Peters)so I thought I would give them a try, so glad I did. Rhiannon (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) went above and beyond my expectations to help make my visit outstanding. We have a T250 Transit van that we camp in so I wanted to install larger than stock tires, 245/75-16E which is the largest tire that will fit on this vehicle without any issues. She removed stock tire and mounted up new tire to make sure it would fit. The process from start to finish was very easy and pleasant. The crew is young which made me nervous at first but I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the whole process. If you use one of the online warehouses to purchase your tires and then have to go somewhere else to have them installed, give them a try and I believe you will be as happy with your purchase as I am. Good people and good prices!"

"I hesitate on places that are “chains” … I read the reviews and wanted to give it a try and this place is amazing. The customer service top notch, the information from the front desk employee and techs give you is top notch, the set up of the lobby and the working area for techs top notch. You can tell they care about you as a customer, your car, and care about their quality of work. When I need a full set of tires you bet I am going to this location. Thanks for the great experience!"

"I called Discount Tire on St. Peter’s Parkway this morning and spoke with Wendell, the Manager. I know nothing about tires though he assured me he would be happy to help me when I bring my car in. When I arrived he spoke with me in length about the difference in tires and asked me many questions about my performance expectations such as a smooth ride, performance and quality in money spent. The employees made this a pleasant experience from start to finish and the job was completed 30 mins earlier than the time promised. They were busy yet took the time to greet the customers as they came in and it’s clear the bench mark is customer satisfaction. Thank you Wendell for a job well done!!! Joan"

"Had a easy and quick experience. Needed 4 tires, was able to order and install same day through website. Staff was friendly, space was clean. Manager was professional and seems like a great option for tires. Their certificate program is a little unclear with where it starts and stops covering and I did not like that it defaults as selected when going to checkout. Their install process is very fast, much different experience then other options."

"Matt and the boys totally hooked me up. Answered by call immediately. Mounted tires I bought elsewhere, got me in thegarage super fast. They were done mounting both rear tires before i even got settled in to my chair in the lobby. Exceptionally clean and organized place, and exceptionally friendly and efficient fellas all around. Don't wait 2 hours at walmart ."
