"Went there for a battery. A young man that was supposed to help me came out with his tools and disconnected my battery. Then went back inside to help other customers. I stood outside by my car with the hood up and battery disconnected. Waited out there for about 20min.Then I decided to use the tools he brought out and finished removing my battery myself. I brought my battery and the guys tools back into the store. I waited for 15 min. No one helped me.There was an old man talking in the back with another old man talking. He would perreodicly look over at me then lookaway and keeped talking. This place is a joke."

"Bought a part in the bridgeton location. I didn’t want to but they’re the only ones that had it. They’re always rude and incompetent. And of course when I got there they lived up to their reputation. Took the part back to this location, also lived up to my expectations. Always polite and make u feel like they really Want to help you. I delt sarge today. Super nice guy. Unlike most other auto part stores where I feel like I’m interrupting their day. Lucky for me this oreilly’s is this closest parts store for me. If they always had every part I needed I’d never bother going anywhere else."

"The young man who helped me, Larry, was so kind and patient as he checked my battery and alternator. He then took the time to help me find the best battery for my car and installed it for me. He was very professional and presented as truly caring and wanting to help. It can be hard to find good customer service, so I have to give a shout out to Larry for doing such a great job!!"
