"The owner told me over the phone he could design my hoodie but if I brung it after 1pm it would be extra money though. Which I was cool with paying. When I make it to his shop he told me no he cant make it now saying its too late. Remind you his shop name is “SINGLE DAY T-SHIRT”. So how couldn’t it be done if I brung it the day before? Then as I’m walking out the door he stopped me and said if i could fit the XL hoodie he had left, he could make it for me. All of a sudden now he can do it if I bought a hoodie from him. But I cant fit XL i wear Lrg. I told him what if I go to the store and buy my size? He told me no because his hoodie is made of polyester. The owner should of stated over the phone from the jump I had to buy a hoodie from him and told me the sizes he had left to get a hoodie made."
"They ripped off thousands of dollars from our hockey team last week. The shirts look like a 5-10 year old made them. They are Gildan and decided to charge us over $50 each, including the youth shirts. They also had the nerve to charge us a rush fee (yet alone charge us at all) why the name same day T otherwise? Our team and no one in our association will ever use them again, use that money you ripped off us wisely."
"I had a rush order of 50-55 hoodies and tshirts. James the owner stayed late to complete them after having to find different font to use because the one I had sent was not a high enough resolution. We received our order on time and the parents and kids all love their shirts."
