"Brought my mountain bike in for a tune up. Wasn't shifting properly. Also picked out a new 50 dollar seat( could have gotten it cheaper on Amazon I'm sure but wanted to support a local business). 105$ total for the work. First week of having it back my chain kept falling off and getting jammed in between the forks and sprocket. Also noticed the jam nut for my pedal was loose and I had a ton of play in the bearings. Brought my bike back to the store to be told it had nothing to do with the work he did and that he knew my bearings were shot and that the bike had a bunch of other problems. Instead of disclosing this when he found out he decided to do the tune up anyway although it was a waste of money and put a new seat on it knowing that the bike was junk. First and last time he will ever get my money. I'd suggest taking your stuff to a different bike shop in the Clinton area."
