"Great store but terrible staff. She wasn’t rushing me out when there was more than 20mins before closing. And she even asked “why are you shopping so late?”, then made a list of rude comments about my work and schedule. She needs a different job, not customer facing. I left the store at 7.55pm then went to Lululemon and the ladies left me looking even when it was a few mins last 8pm. What a difference!"

"5 stars for the clothes 1 star for the service at this location. I was so glad to find a great fit for one of my kids at Athleta. We found so many great options that fit. The issue was when trying to get a fitting room no one helped us. We saw other people get welcomed quickly and offered help. We weren’t offered any assistance at any point. No one came to offer help with sizing or other options despite not seeming to be busy with anything else at the time. When we went to the register one associate was ringing up another customer while the other ignored us doing something with inventory at the counter. She finally stopped what she was doing and asked if we were ready to check out when another associate who was hanging clothing behind us asked her. In a store with 5 associates and so few customers it made zero sense to me to ignore people who were actively attempting to purchase clothing. I like to shop in person whenever possible to make sure people keep their jobs but I won’t be visiting this location again. They need to learn how to smile, welcome people and ask if they need assistance."

"Very bad customer service. They’ll smile at your face only if you’re buying but then treat you like garbage when returning. Very very disappointed. Athleta used to be way better than that."

"Not a great experience. I just left the store and have never felt so “othered” in my life. I do not believe I am their target demographic especially after the manager gave me an ugly face once I told her I was just browsing. I normally shop online and will keep doing so. This location does not have to worry about me or my purchases."

"I absolutely love these clothes BUT every time I try to shop in there (and I typically only go for something specific) the service is horrible!! It has not happened just once, but 3 times! Today I took my teenage daughter in and she was so excited to find a great pair of leggings. First, we were in the store looking around for about 10 minutes & I put my daughter in a dressing room BEFORE an associate greeted us & by greeted all they said was "Hi." Didn't ask if we needed help or looking for something specific. While my daughter tried on pants I was out in store looking again. No one still not asking us if we need help. My daughter comes out w/pants and we go to cash desk to pay. Stand there for about 5 minutes and no one comes to ring us up. By this time I'm DONE. We put pants up and walk out....right past a sales associate who was folding clothes on a table. Really?! That store is not THAT big nor was it busy. I've worked retail, customers are your top priority. I walk two stores down to Bath & Body works and are greeted the moment we walk in, sales associate gives us deals that are going on, her name and offers us a bag to shop. Come on Athleta, get with it."
