"I was looking for a specific hat that I saw a few weeks back in Stonebriar Mall. When I went back it was not in the same location in the store. I went to the one location on Preston shopping center. They did not have it but the extremely helpful lady took the time to not only find it online but call the other store to ensure they had one and had it held at the counter for me. Not only do I think the selection is great. My experience the customer service matched also."
"When they rung up my item, they over charged me by $10+. I noticed once I left the store, because my brother was the one who payed. The shirt had only one tag—the original price. We were overcharged for no reason. I went back to have this corrected, and the staff were very rude and didn’t apologize one time for the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but they didn’t say sorry for their mistake and that really made me never want to shop here again."
