"They are really good at greeting the customer when you walk in, but as far as asking if you need assistance on the sales floor, they could use some work. I spent an hour in the store and not one person asked if I needed help. I kept having to go up front and they would have 4 people standing up there just talking."
"Had an emergency and needed to purchase a specific T-shirt. I had looked at the Rally House website, but it did not show me the size I required or if anything remotely close was in stock. I checked other stores to no avail. While out in the area I decided to actually walk in to see what was readily available. The young lady behind the counter was not only eager to help, but she took the time to show me selections and areas where I might find other items that were of interest. Her customer service was not only outstanding, but it encouraged me to buy more than I intended. The store was clean, her customer service at every stage was courteous and professional, and inviting. It was an excellent experience. I am glad to have walked in instead of relaying what was online."

The store was immaculate and they have a huge selection of items - you'll definitely find something you weren't even looking for! Julie took the time to show us around the entire store and answered all of our questions with enthusiasm and expertise. Her warm and welcoming attitude made us feel so comfortable and appreciated. The new location was great, and the store was very clean and organized. The other employees were also very friendly and helpful. We had such a great time exploring all of the merchandise and finding exactly what we were looking for.
