"Ordered shoes for Christmas. When the shoes came in they were unfortunately oddly small for Nikes but not famous footwear’s fault. My wife went to the store because now it says they are in stock at the store. This is where it all begins. The employee was less than helpful when asked where these shoe were located. She was unable to find them so she went back to the front and was told if they were not there they don’t have them even though it just said they did. She proceeded to do a “cash” exchange to order the correct size. Now they have canceled my order and since the cashier did it incorrectly I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to maybe get a check from famous footwear."

"The manager ordered door dash with the wrong address. When I delivered the food she was rude told me to get a better job if I didn’t know how to read instructions. No clear instructions is giving the correct address so I can do my job. She gave me a 1 star so she gets a 1 star back. Don’t be rude it’s that simple! Managers should know better!"

"There were 2 employees today standing at the register. I had to ask them for help 4 different times and neither one wanted to be helpful. I have never had a bad experience in this store. Where do their good employees go? Had my daughter not already picked out a pair of shoes I would have left. I'll be looking for a different shoe place now. This was just convenient for me. Until poor customer service made it inconvenient."
