"Do not put anything on a pre-order. They'll take your money, you'll never get a call when it arrives at the store. They will sell the item you ordered, then tell you your order never came in , all the while keeping your money tied up in the system. I had this happens 3x. I finally went in and got my money ($300+) back."

"There ok but when you ask them to order a game for you they say no buy it on the website pay for the shipping and then you can pick it up.. Why do i have to pay 4$ in shipping from Davenport to overpay for a used copy of a game 2 years old you want me to pay new price and shipping for a game you wont order for me verry disappointed pro member"
