"giving one star because I cant give zero. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! this agency totally messed up my policy when I added my daughter to it. We paid 6 months in advance in order to not add to my monthly payment & so that my daughter wouldn't have an extra expense while she was away at college. They took the payment in full but added it incorrectly to my policy. I received an autopay notification sating that they would be taking more than double the usual amount- (I've paid my policy thru autopay for YEARS with this agency, they NEVER had a problem with me a customer)! When I called to ask what was going on I talked with Matt he was very condescending, he literally said "it is what it is" & that he would listen to the recording to my 1st call of when I added my daughter & get back to me. I called back a few days later to speak with the person who made the change and admitted that she made a mistake & wasn't aware that the system would apply the money incorrectly. Now my monthly payment is over double the usual amount due to THEIR mistakes that they will not be fixing."

"I would not recommend Calder Agency. Recently, they raised my rates by almost $200. Despite multiple requests, they ignored my question about why the rates had gone up. It turns out that it was due to rising costs of labor. Additionally, they never informed me about this significant change in policy, even though I had been paying the same amount for the past four years. I have only had the chance to speak with one member of their staff and it was a terrible experience. Throughout the conversation, they evaded my questions constantly, did not acknowledge my requests and ignored them. Additionally, they did not provide any confirmation of the actions taken on my account. The staff member was very rude and unprofessional."
