"Was charged $13.29 for a product clearly marked $11.99. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she said the price must have changed recently and they haven't gotten around to changing the signage. Wouldn't refund the difference. Last time I shop here - it's the principal of it. Lots of other auto parts stores nearby."

First promised to be in store in 2 to 3 hours but never happened. Checked the next day and was again promised to have it the following day - not happening... Finally arrived 3 days later, and I had to call them to find out."
"Surprisingly good selection. Brakes and rotors for my 10 year old car always in stock. Order online and pay in store is 10% off. Rewards program is another 5% off. Well informed staff and they bend over backwards to help. Glad they're nearby."
