"Quoted one monthly fee and charged another the second month, not advised of a $12 processing fee. Was told there were no late fees on account when I made the payment which was about $45 higher than my original quote. I call and am told i have to speak to the person who sold me policy, who doesn't have vm and then phone disconnects. Never got any initial paperwork or a paid invoice via mail, have now received mail twice in a week from them and there's definitely an issue. The date on bill and the day it arrives ends up being 2-4 days after your bill is due. Not satisfied at all, wouldn't recommend them. Currently looking for another insurance company."
