"I stayed here for a solo artist retreat to finish writing some music and it was the perfect setting. I felt safe being alone and the airbnb host was very responsive. I stayed in October, so I did need the AC a bit, and it worked perfectly. The outhouse does not smell at all - just mind the breeze you might feel while using it ;) Terlingua Ghost Town is very close and this area is a class 1 Dark Sky - seriously, the most stars I have ever seen, I almost got claustrophobic. You can sit on the front porch of the dome and just stare up. I will probably return at some point and to be quite honest, I'd love to buy land in Terlingua some day. I loved the area that much."

"Beautiful way to disconnect from society and reconnect with yourself and a loved one. Gorgeous views of the night sky and nearby "Camelback" geological feature. Airbnb host is incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Not far from Terlingua Ghost Town and Big Bend National Park"
