The construction team doesn't bother to help you with your issues."
"There is compressor site around neighborhood. You will get sound day and night. Especially, be aware that whoever planning to buy home in newly building gated community. It is not worth to invest money in this site. Once you buy the home, they will simply redirect to HOA, City of Katy, and owners of the compressor site. They will not resolve the problem and never think in customer stand point."
