"Over priced homes, irresponsive and irresponsible developer, HOA, common area are badly maintained, filthy lakes, amenity center is not ready, no pool, no pady splash, no walking/biking trails. Never seen such highly priced sub-division with such a slow provress. Think twice before buying and drive around in the neighborhood, look at the lakes."

"Don't stop by this sales office unless you're wearing your Sunday best! They'll tell you to fill out an application to "make sure you can afford it" (yes, that literally came out of the saleswoman's mouth) before they will sit down with you for 10 minutes to talk about the homes they offer. The saleswoman with blonde, spiky hair is far too busy to speak with commoners wearing hoodies (in 50° weather). That's if you happen to make it past her assistant who knows close to nothing about the development, of course. This experience was particularly odd due to the fact I had visited the sales office earlier in the week on a lunch break. I spoke to that same saleswoman for about 30 minutes with no prerequisites. I guess my overcoat and slacks presented better? Maybe my wife's locs threw them off when I returned with her on that very weekend? Who knows. The visit ended with the lead saleswoman forcefully shoving a spec sheet into my wife's hand before abruptly retreating into her office. Luckily, after this extremely unpleasant, somewhat violent, and borderline discriminatory exchange, we walked next door and had a wonderful experience. We signed a contract two days later. My wife had been excited to work with this builder since she found their development in Pomona years ago. Although their "Executive Collection" had yet to be released (we really wanted a Valen), this site was in the perfect location and we decided to go for it before interest rates rose. For a home cost around $800k, one would think this company would treat their prospects a lot better. Toll Brothers may want to rethink their representation at this development"
