I can't count how many times I have been in here and left with just getting the run around but my husband comes in with me and they want to get straight to the point. I will be going to alta mesa location maybe they won't give me run around as much."

"This Federal building houses the Social Security and IRS sections of the gov't. Easy to get to but hard to park. The closest parking garage was $18 for 2 hours. I think it would be cheaper to take a Lyft."
"Had to try to get my disability,heard nothing yet, and got a parking ticket,trying to get closei had a stroke and walking to far is now difficult,plus I don't have money. So just my luck. No money,lost apt and car going soon and lost job, because stroke"
"The bar for customer service for them is below the depths of hell. Speaking to the manager/supervisor doesn't do any good. They are just the absolute worst. I've gotten better professional courtesy and customer service at the DMV."
