"Terrible customer service, we are the mortgage company. I called to request a Dec pg, one chick put me on hold, then came back and hung up. I called them back 10 times which they would pick up and hang up. Then right after I called from my personal cell, they answered right away, again she was rude once she knew who I was and told her she was unprofessional, rude, no customer service whatsoever. She then transferred me to another one that was just as rude, she put me on hold, and then a few minutes later hung up on me. I had to then call the insurance company directly. I told lady I had to call them directly, because agent was no help, she said she would report it."

"I went in a month before my policy from them was almost over. I had gotten a quote for renewal, which was higher than the previous. I told him I DIDN'T want the new policy. To NOT auto renew the next policy. He said he would look for a cheaper policy. 2 weeks before the end of my policy, I get a new one from another company. I call them and tell them not to look for any other policy, I already got a different one. The next month comes in and I noticed that their new policy had auto renew. It charged itself from my account. I went to his office after work and spent an hour trying to get my money back. Had to wait 2 weeks for a check. Just got the check and I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE FULL REFUND! Never Again!"
