"I think this may be the only bad review I’ve ever given, and believe me, MJ earned it. I wish I could give zero stars. We were with Mark Jameson Allstate for almost 17 years with no claims and no problems (because we never needed any help). When our family was in a terrible wreck where an uninsured driver smashed into us from behind and destroyed our car on the way home from a family vacation he fought us (his client) the entire time. We were distraught looking for help and he did nothing to walk us through the process or help in any way. I couldn’t imagine that a company you’d been loyal to for that long could leave you in such a terrible place. If you know me or my husband reach out we’ll tell you our story (and how MJ told his mostly sweet staff “not to talk” to us). Some of his previous employees even told us they could not believe how he did us so wrong. We’re happy to talk to you and give you a great referral to any other insurance agent possible. We left after all those years and couldn’t be happier - I just wish I’d known then what I know now."
