"Just tried to call for a quote and the gentleman that answered my call took down my name and address and email with just verbal name of vehicle types and stated that he would give me a call back shortly with a quote. I told him if he could not give me a quote now then I would try another agent. BUT besides that how are you going to give me a quote without asking me what type of coverage I need for my cars? I guess this agent hires people who don't care. I would not trust this agents location for service if they can not do basic stuff how are they going to look out for you. It made me feel like i was just a commission to them."
