"Owners and supervisor will not get back to you. Agents seem untrained and careless. Many mistakes. Put me in a policy far inferior to the Pekin Insurance policy I had for years. It was supposed to be the same coverage but lower premium. When it came to being covered for a burst pipe MY CLAIM WAS DENIED. Also put the wrong car in storage insurance twice so I was driving without any insurance but they claimed they would have paid for my damage had I been in an accident because it was their fault. Luckily I was not in an accident. Third, I had coverage on a rental property with two different companies and I was paying two premiums for several months when I caught it on my bank account last summer or I would still be paying 2 premiums quarterly on one property. It is hard to find all the mistakes they make when you have 11 policies and different payments coming out of your bank account each month. Run from this company. They are not trained. They do not understand what they are selling and what the customer needs are!"
