"Seems whenever something major happens first thing Allstate does is Raise the price for insur. I went from $100. a month for car insur. to over $165. a MONTH for the same coverage. Yet when I email I get nothing. No call back no explanation NOTHING. So I sought insur. elsewhere. Now, ALLSTATE is going to CANCEL my roof coverage. Apparently homes with "Shingles" are NO LONGER going to be COVERED under your home owners Policy. ( THOSE WHO HAVE SHINGLES LOOK AT YOUR Policy OR YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED AT YOUR NEXT RENEWAL) You have to have a Different policy for that in addition to your homeowners policy. What's next?? HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR HOMEOWNERS POLICY?? Nov. Follow up Cancelled Home insurance, what allstate had listed as ending balance & what I got was off. Guess that was my penalty for CANCELLING. Wanted to know why? Got BETTER Coverage lower price, & Covers if house burns to ground & I decide to rebuild on site. YEAH"

"My experience was honestly amazing. You guys were very helpful and very understanding of everything. You guys made the initial intake of our claim very easy and it was honestly above and beyond especially when there was an error and you guys resolved it in more than a timely manor. Avery was awesome and I'm not sure who the gentlemen was that answered the phone when we were having issues but he went above and beyond in helping us get this matter taken care of as quickly as possible. You guys made chaos calmness and really helped us out in a major way. Insurance usually gets a bad wrap, but I'm hoping the experience you guys provided is indeed genuine and with our best interest in mind!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!"
