"Wow, amazing service right after an unbelievable rude service a few doors down at the Ecco store. We walked in an empty store and were greeted, and then asked if we wanted help. The young man was ready to help and bring the sizes of a few different pairs of shoes we wanted to try. He was very unassuming and not pushy at all. We walked out of there with two new pair of shoes. Thank you so much. Clark has fantastic products. I already had three pair of booties that I bought over the past few years and they are very comfortable not to mention that all their shoes have amazing, soft leather. Thank you!"

"I have size 11 narrow feet, so it's difficult finding shoes I like that fit me. I found a great sandal at the Skokie store, and when I mentioned to the salesperson that the medium width didn't work, she immediately looked up the shoe and found narrow. Can't wait for it to arrive! Thank you Tasha!!!"

"I went to the Clark store today in Old Orchard to return one of the two shoes that I purchased on the same receipt. They processed the return with the shoes price ONLY exclude the taxes that I paid on the shoes which was a FRAUD!! They kept the tax that I paid on the shoes that I returned claiming that there was nothing they could do on their side. They shortchanged my return by the tax amount. Basically the collected the tax on the sales that didn't happen. The Manager, Sherri was rude and refused to correct the mistake and kept saying I had to call 1-800 customer service. Initially, she rudely argued that I was wrong because they never charged me the tax. Then, she realized the error was done by the previous store Manager. But still she kept saying there was nothing she could do to give back my money. It is clearly so wrong to shortchange customer refund and she didn't even offer to help to fix it. It was my worse experience and I wasted my time there. I'm so disappointed with the customer service."

"Have been a Clarks customer for years and happy customer for any product ever purchased. Comfortable everlasting shoes. Specifically happy with this location and the attitude of the employee helping us in every request. Occasionally great deals are promoted and the selection is periodically refreshing. Will be back!"

"I go to Clark's typically because I know they will typically fit me (somewhat wider than average size 13 foot). They're very comfortable and, depending on the particular model, can be quite cheap and nice looking. Probably the only dress/casual dress shoes I've ever worn that are anywhere near as comfortable as a sneaker. This particular location is a bit small but there were some pretty good prices and service was pretty good. They also have a lot of inventory in the back but just have minimal display area."
