"Took my BMC in for maintenance and cleaning. After the guy put my bike on the stand, inspected it and listened to my concerns, he recommended the level 2 tune up. Got my bike back yesterday and she is like brand new! Brakes were bled, new chain, so many other improvements I cannot even begin to list and she is sparkly clean! I met the mechanic, Max, when I picked her up. He did a great job. Also I enjoyed the hybrid Trek they loaned me while my BMC was getting worked on, as I do a lot of commuting on my bike! "This is a great place to buy a Trek. They have sales and the bikes are beautiful! The staff is very friendly. Augustine for example is knowledgeable of individual features for each bike. He has it all memorized! And Matt is an amazing engineer with how he's able to install complicated accessories that are special ordered. Chandler is so easy to talk to and has very practical tips. Van uses his intuition if you don't quite know what bike you want and often hits it spot on. If you see a bike on the Trek website, and they don't have it in their showroom, they'll order it for you. A good piece of mind is the 30 days warranty to take home your bike and test it. Plus if you're needing adjustments you can have as many as you want for free for those 30 days. What's more, you get a free tune up of your bike at anytime within the first year of purchase. And if you want to learn how to maintain your bike, they have a free monthly class on an aspect of bike care where you can ask all sorts of questions."
