"If you go to this store ask for Tracy. She knows what the hell she's doing. I have been going to this store for 13 years she's educated me the whole way. I always learn something new with her. Please be patient. some things are just on back orders and it's not her fault."

"I have older equipment and have problems finding parts. The staff is friendly and always seems to have a solution. Thanks for all your help. Was in about 20 minutes before close of business 06-27"

"I've never owned a pool in my life and had no idea how to do anything beyond skim the top. We hired a company to take care of the pool while we learned, but it seemed like we had a green and dirty pool despite their efforts. So, we went to Leslie's. Though we felt like idiots, we had so many questions and they patiently answered each one. They offer free water testing, far more accurate than most tests, and give you a pool health "grade" (we started out at 40%). Over the weeks, they have walked us through each step of the practice and answered all of our stupid questions. Yes, the chemicals might be cheaper somewhere else, but the staff at Leslie's can tell you exactly how much to add, how to add it, and offer tips and tricks to help you. So, if you're like me and don't know which chemicals to use or how often, then check out Leslie's!"

"The manager is awesome. She really knows her business. She has helped me keep my pool blue where in past years I can't seem to keep anything but green. She is honest and doesn't try to sell stuff I don't need."

"Normally I love Leslie's stores. I run a company and I have a high tier commercial account with them, I very rarely have issues. Today I went into the champions forest location for a small part. I was rung up (after waiting a solid 5 mins) and when I told him I have store credit and hand him my receipt he tells me that it is not able to be scanned because it is too smudged. Look, I understand when something is my fault. Yes the bar code was smudged but directly above the barcode, there are numbers that reflect the information in the barcode. He "attempted" to type something into the computer and then told me that he could not pull it up. So I grabbed my receipt and left. (and mumbled my disdain). I am very disappointed at this store. I proceeded to head to home and had no problem using the store credit at my local branch. They simply read the (even more legible) numbers that appear elsewhere on the receipt. Very simple. No problems I will never go to this store again."
