"I bought 50 refinished Titleist ProV1 from PGA store and these are BAD. A lot of the balls have air bubbles under the outer shell the dimples are all different sizes."
"For truckers, unloading was pretty fast, they gave me a door as soon as i got there.. i believe they unload on 2 docks only but not sure, its a tight place because of the cars parked in the middle but there's room to back into docks because they do keep the parkings infront of the docks clear. Just have to be careful maneuvering around thats all."
"I ordered six sets of 300 balls through Walmart. The FedEx tracking number indicates the balls were supposed to be shipped from Professional golf ball services (PGSI), however they were "lost" in shipment... before reaching FedEx. Since fedex actually picks items up at the manufacturing facility it seems quite unusual that it would be "lost" in shipment. Walmart said the balls I ordered were no longer available and gave me the run-around saying there was nothing they could do but possibly put me on a waiting list in case they became available again. I then called PGSI and was told essentially that this was Walmarts problem. They couldn't even verify that the "deal" I got through Walmart was legitimate. My advice to anyone ordering from PGSI would be to look elsewhere."
