"They hang up the phone on you a lot and get really frustrated with first time or amateur shooters. Nick, matt, and Tony are very impatient and rude. They messed up my gun and I have not been able to contact anyone at the range since then. My calls are screen that I keep getting transferred to people saying that the managers are "no longer working here" or are "no longer available." Take your firearms and your thirst for knowledge elsewhere."
