"Great experience here. Initially came by to buy two Astros jerseys, two gentlemen where there working away. Now typically I don't think anyone likes a pushy sales clerk or to be annoyed by a clerk constantly hovering over you. However, you do like to be at least noticed and greeted. This did not happen on my fist visit. We had to go directly to the guys to ask if one of them could help. Finally they helped us look at some jerseys, unfortunately the size or player shirt we were looking for weren't there so we settled with different jerseys because they had a great BOGO deal. Well one was a gift, long story short, they did not want that shirt so we went back to exchange it. This time two ladies at the store. Whole different story. Genese, the store manager, was very professional and courteous. I wanted to exchange both shirts and order the exact ones we wanted online. However, she said the BOGO deal did not apply to online orders. We were able to do it on one. But for my shirt i felt i had to settle with the one I didn't completely want. Genese however, went above and beyond. First she offered to see if another store had the one I wanted in stock. Later though, after some rummaging through the inventory, she found one hidden jersey and it was the one i was looking for. After all, we got exactly what we wanted. Genese nows how important customer service is and she showed that to me that day. Happy to be a customer."

"Absolutely love this store!!! I had two run in's with Genese today and she was amazing. First was on the phone, all i asked was there any patriots jerseys available and not only did she answer my question she gave me the players and sizes available. I then worked with her in the store and again she was awesome!! Because of Genese i will for sure be getting all my sports gear from Fanzz!!!! !"
