"I gave this place a 3 star to start but got it down to 2 stars for a few reasons. Aside from the fast service which one can also get from other tire places, the low price point is the factor that keeps me coming back for tires but will probably try other places next time. I used to be a Discount Tire customer but there's no reason for me to go back there except for the free air check. The only time I got disappointed at this place was when I came on a weekend (don't ever go there on a weekend) when I noticed that the owners/staff have a tendency to have a party/drinking session on the side of the shop (this is a small latino family run business in a predominantly Latino community) so it may be normal for them but isn't totally professional but you get what you pay for (1/3 of what you pay @ Discount Tire). It's unacceptable from a business standpoint but they probably don't care and you got to understand where you are and what you're dealing with. Unfortunately, they change 2 of my tires with a slightly different size tires from the other 2 (a AAA shop pointed it out while they tried to rotate the tires) and 1 of the tires was wrongly attached where the "inside" side of tire was on the "outside". I didn't noticed it until a Discount Tire staff pointed it out while doing an air check and coincidentally, that particular tire went totally flat the morning after. I went back there to have it replaced and the crew on staff that day charged me $20 for the new tire replacement (original new tire cost $35 out the door). Could this mistake have been prevented in the first place? Yes, if the crew who replaced it originally wasn't drinking on the job. Most if not all of their clientele are latinos I supposed serving the community. For my personal preference, it is sufficient enough to go to this place for my vehicle tires as long as I go there on a weekday when there's no drinking involved. Did I mention they broke one tire air pressure gauge sensor."
