"Called journey for a pair of van shoes which I could not find them anywhere.they had them and they said they would hold them for me.i went out to fox valley but,found out I could not walk that far due to lung problems,so,I called the store and talked to Spike told him I would be back tomorrow he asked what door I was at and he said he would send security with a wheel. "Me and my son came in today around 4:30 on July 8th. The Caucasian worker saw us come in and did not greet us. Some lighter skin people came in shortly after us and she happily said welcome to journeys ....she never asked if we needed help or anything ... I won’t be returning here, I will take my business else where ."
"Tonight I went in to get new adidas's. The guy working there was very busy. Even though they didn't have them in my size, I appreciate his wonderful customer service, he even helped me check the shoes fit properly by pressing the toe for me. He was great, he deserves a raise for going above and beyond with his customer service!"
