"The bald guy that works there was super rude. I walked in early before they opened didn'tnt see the sign, so i just opened the door and walked in. There was no guns on the walls so I asked him if they just Barely opened for business. He rudely said I should open my eyes and see. That they have been there for 17 years. How does he expect to get new customers being so rude? I recommend going somewhere else."

"Would never do business with this bunch, nor would I recommend any body do business with them as well. Went by to sell some ammo, was not being unreasonable with what I was asking, and the guy tried to severely low ball me. Then he made it a point to tell me from the back of the room that if I walked out and tried to come back with the ammo, that he wouldn’t want it. Full disclosure, this upset me because he was taking a jab at me, so I made a comment that I would make sure to tell people not to do business with them because they want to (F) people, and I said the word. I left but realized that I left my phone on the counter due to being upset. I went back inside to get it and they started saying something about Karma and that’s what I get, something to that effect. Still didn’t take away from the fact that they wanted to SCREW me over the ammo I took to sell them. Now, he didn’t have to buy it, but he should have just said so from the get go and not give an offer. I grabbed my my phone and told them that they could go Blank (F word) Themselves and gestured and left. Would not do business with ."

"I had a bad experience twice with the same dude he acted rude. I was looking for a .22 and asked him if they had any, he responded “yes” but they were all scattered and told me I had to look for them instead of helping me find one he just went back to mind his own business. WHAT A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I don’t recommend this place at all and for sure won’t be coming back"

"Took my shotgun to get cleaned last year and I noticed the bottom of the butt was cracked. Looked like someone dropped it. Didn’t say anything because I knew nothing was going to be done. The way the owner handles himself I knew nothing was going to be done at all. Fast forward to now took my shotgun in for cleaning but it had to be picked up that same day. Couldn’t make a trip back same day I told him I’d go back tomorrow to leave it. Was quoted $40 dollars cash. Went back the next day to leave it same owner same gun told me it was going to be $50 bucks cash. Just Walked out. Prices fluctuate quickly there so proceed with caution. Also All the handguns are way over priced there. You can buy and brand new handgun from Bass Pro and Academy."

"Have bought plenty of ammunition here; it's always been a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable and compassionate staff, with an unmatched selection of firearms. Most recently bought a holster for a revolver and, as per usual, the experience was a great one. Could not recommend an arms dealer enough."
