"I would put zero but I can't. Ladies are very rude, give unwanted comments. I went two times and both times were unpleasant. Went in to purchase some patches for the scrubs and the lady said that I had to purchase a scrub to get the patches but she was going to make an exception only this time. If I could find ANY other place to purchase them I would. Scrubs are overpriced."

"Came in for a quote and wanted to try on the scrubs to see how the style fit. They don’t let you! The assistant told me it was okay, and what looked like the owner, stopped me before getting to the changing rooms and told me I wasn’t allowed to try on unless I was buying right there and then. I told asked her why not and she said I can just give them my size for whatever style I wanted. I responded that I wanted to see how the style fit me. It shouldn’t take a “battle” to want to try something on at a uniform store."

"1.They dont let you try on clothes for quotes 2. Lack of communication between employees . One employee said it was okay to try clothes on and another employee said otherwise. 3. Personal opinion : process of looking for items feels rushed by employers. When asking for quotes , employees do the least effort to help you find what you want."

"Spend your money elsewhere, styles and brands are limited and there’s a lady Maricela who’s super rude and needs to work on her customer service etiquette. I got scrubs as a gift and was told that an exchange for a different size was fine. However during the exchange Maricela was trying to force the other worker not to help me out by exchanging them despite the other lady clearly telling her that she had told my husband personally that I would be able to exchange them . All were unopened and not even tried on. Fortunately the nicer lady assisted me and ignored the rude one and was able to exchange them for me. I was so uncomfortable because Maricela was clearly upset over it and had this mad face the entire time. I’ll never shop here again. Thank you to the lady who did honor her word and allowed me to exchange them.. these scrubs are expensive and would have been a complete waste if she hadn’t"

"I love this store. Ive come here for so many years, followed them from their previous location. The lady is a little strict but because she likes to keep her store clean and organized. She will bring you 100 pairs to the dressing room if she has to and help you find what you need. She is also honest about how you look in each set you try on. Sometimes the husband is the one in the store and he is just as nice and conversational. If they dont have something in your size they can order it for you. They have so many brands, colors, and sizes. They also sell coats, shoes, supplies (stethoscopes, sheers, pen lights, etc.), and the badges students need for differnt colleges in the RGV. One stop shop for everything you need."
