"Customer service the worse! I went last night to pick up prescription for 2 of my kids. The guy at front desk saidthe department that takes care of my prescription only works from 9 to 5. Today I went during my lunch time and as soon as I walked in there was this old man yelling at me asking "can I help you?" like if I was going to steal something. He said that the lady that takes care of that department was out to lunch, I asked him if anybody else can help because I was in my lunch and was not able to come back. He said there was nobody who can help me except for that lady. I asked why they did not informed me of the exact hours, he said in a rude manner "well, I don't know who you talked to". They should have personnel available or at least inform the right schedule to customer"
