"Tested my nasal swab on 7/7/20 but i have received the result yet as of 7/19/20. I waited 3 hours in a line and Spent $150 on 7th.but it’s useless now and the nasal sample collector was touching my nose. They never pick up the phone and visited to get result but it was not ready after 5 days. Seems just too busy. I am going to ask a refund."
