"Drove 25 min to pick up my prescription and they told me they had nothing... then said it was on hold. Mind you, not only did I get a text and a call that it was ready at 2. How was it not ready at 4 for pick up? To top it off, they tell me they can get it ready by 5:30 when no one was in line, so they wanted me to wait 90 min for a prescription that should have been ready at 2."

"Staff was super friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. They do not have common medications in stock though, and the best I've been told is I might be able to get antibiotics is in five days, which by then it will be either not needed or a very different prescription needed. The pharmacy tech was kind enough to call over to other locations to try to find a place that had it in stock and just didn't have it on the computer, and no one in the valley has it. Walgreens doesn't seem to stock basic antibiotics. They told me I can pick up my prescription and find it in stock someplace else, which defeats the purpose of me using them as my pharmacy."
