"Is anyone managing this location? Fresh pizza is always a dice roll on whether anything will be available. Running out of items and flavors on the fountain is pretty ridiculous for a new store. Ordered pizza and the dude in back who reeked of weed didn't have any clue about the order until I had him check the computer. 'Sorry, give me xx mins'. Poorly ran, needs someone who cares."

"I was SO excited to see a Casey’s was coming to Batavia and yet…I have visited three times and had problems upon every visit. 100% fail. 1. The gas pumps were not taking any of my cards. 2. I went to prepay and asked for $20 but they rang me up for $9. 3. I ordered a pizza over the phone and arrived to nothing but a befuddled man behind the counter. I will not be returning to this particular Casey’s. I normally love Casey’s and I don’t like writing bad reviews but I really want to warn others of my experience so they don’t have to tangle with this mess either."
"The Woman working Sunday, Aug 20, should NOT be working with the public. I was unfortunate to interrupt her lunch and was treated most rudely. Trying politeness only made it worse. I was informed that my Credit Card was not accepted at the pump, I have never had it happen before which ticked her off more. Tried the card inside and she informed me my card had no funds. Went home called the Credit Card Company and was told I had a large balance available. Have a feeling she never ran the card. I will not go there again and am letting people know what happened. ."
"Looks like I'm not the only one to have a bad experience (or 3) with the very rude and unprofessional cashier, Amanda. Not only is she less than friendly, she has now 3 times charged me the highest amount possible for a drink refill (XLarge 5.99) even though I've shown her the size of my cup and the prices that are posted on the machine itself. I've tried explaining to her and she immediately snaps at you with such a bad attitude. Not exactly what you want be dealing with to start your day. Wont be going back to this location anymore which is a shame because all other employees have been extremely nice, friendly and helpful."
