The service has been fantastic, pizzas hot, fresh out of the oven and ready on time for pick up! The manager, Jesus, does a great job managing and coordinating such a large order. There are other local and comparably priced places in Batavia, but I trust this team is going to get it done right for us!"

"I love papa johns I order it all the time. This location often flips my customization of extra sauce light cheese to extra cheese light sauce. No biggie I call and I drive back and get it myself even I had it delivered. It’s a mistake I get it. Today, I received a sauceless pizza. Just cheese, bread, and pepperoni. I called and was told by both the manager and district manager that I was lying. I drove the pizza back to them to show them dry crust. They just stared at it. 5 seconds of silence. No apology. I was so upset I forgot to take a photo of the cheese and bread with no sauce. Absolutely unbelievable customer service."
