"Caregiving is already an emotional roller coaster, especially for my loved one with mixed dementia, diabetes, bipolar disorder, and CHF. If it wasn't for JOL Healthcare (hospice) I would have broken completely. Nurse Laura Malone has gone above and beyond any expectations I ever had. She is truly GOD sent. Whatever my mother needed in terms of care or personally pick-me-up treats she provided endlessly. I would have been an emotional wreck if it wasn't for Laura's time and talents explaining every detail, providing alternative remedies, and responding to my concerns. I also received support from the Chaplain Allen who helped me keep Mom's end stage in perspective which helped tremendously with the grieving and frustrations of letting go. JOL is fabulous all the way around. The rest of the staff, from in-take to social workers made our experience as peaceful and pleasant as could possibly be during Mom's journey home."
