"Worker got an attitude when I asked how long would the wait be for white steamed rice said it would be an hour... even heard one of the cooks say he turned it off... it's 7pm on a friday why are they not doing prep for dinner rush?"
"I just stopped by this restaurant. It was close to closing time and they offered to make anything fresh for me that they were out of. I asked for the string bean chicken and they made me a fresh batch and ended up giving me the rest that was in the wok because they said at the end of the night it is thrown away so instead of wasting it. They gave me a very, very large portion. I cannot say enough good things about the employees here every time. I've been and it's been friendly, smiling faces with it even being close to closing and around the holidays. I will go out of my way to stop by this one store."
"I ordered crab Rangoon’s and got egg rolls even though there was a label put on the wrapper itself that says crab Rangoon. Some beef would’ve been nice with my broccoli and beef, pretty much nothing but broccoli."
"So I order an entree at premium price and ya boy is smiling at me at the drive thru. I guess you think it’s cute to barely give me any food for those prices. I usually get my entire bowl filled up. So now here we are.. I will be sitting at the drive thru and examining my food each time before I leave and if need be I will come inside the store and have a talk"
"I’m rounding up to get to 4, as I hate to give a 3. I had never been here before and felt a bit out of sorts when it was my turn to order as I didn’t truly know the process or the lingo. Plus my initial selection wasn’t available, so then I had to pick something else on the fly. The cashier may have been having a bad day as she wasn’t interested in greeting or thanking me - just confirm my order and process the payment. Food wasn’t bad; it was hot and fresh. Just wish the other bits were more pleasant."
