"They were super nice and welcoming over the phone but when I showed up in person I experienced the worst customer service. I came in with my own financing and I drove over an hour to purchase a truck . They let me desk at a desk alone for two hours waiting to close the sale. After I purchased the vehicle I was presented only one key when I asked about the other key I was told I would have to pay for it . The sales manager didn’t even attempt to look for it nor did my salesman. A salesman that happen to over hear the conversation found the key and brought it to me at the gas station. Terrible experience."

"Went in for a 35k mile maintenance. Normally getting all your paperwork filled out for the service should take 5 minutes max, but this experience was much longer. I’ll play devils advocate and assume that their system was running slow to check me in. I came in with quite a few coupons to see if they could honor them, but they were only able to honor 1 coupon per service. I wasn’t notified of this until the service was done. Instead of giving me back the other coupons that could be honored at another time, they held onto them and slid it into the final payment paperwork. Luckily I asked where they put them and why I wasn’t given them back. Lastly, my windshield had huge smear marks on the inside after the service. During these cold months, I’m going to assume that the windshield got foggy and built up condensation, and instead of letting the truck filter this problem through the heating system, they used their bare hands and smudged the windshield to see through it. Now I know this may all sound like I’m a Karen complaining about the little things with my experience at Ray Chevrolet… but if you’re going to bend me over for a $1,300 service charge, I expect you to leave my truck looking miraculous with a great customer experience. To this day, I still have yet to find a car dealership that you can trust with sales and service. They’re all the same!"
