Terry is very knowledgeable with EURO cars and he is very honest and does his very best to fix the defects in the car. He also gave me advice on what to watch out for and the next steps in order to prevent catastrophic and costly motor failures. I called and told him all the problems that came up after the battery of my BMW X5 was fully drained and was replaced by a local shop. Terry told me to bring it in and said he would look at it as soon as he could. I dropped off the car and he called after a couple of hours later with the problems he found. Terry fixed all the problems and I was truly amazed when he told me the cost which was way, way less than what I expected or in comparison to what the dealer or other shops would have charged me. "Top tech motor works will now be my mechanic tareq has INTEGRITY he is honest and doesn’t dig into your wallet I called and told him the noise I heard he said bring it in and he would look at it as soon as he could I dropped it off and he called me less than 2 hours later with the problem, he fixed it and when he told me the cost I almost fell to the floor. The dealership was 4 times the amount and said there was all these problems and they were wrong !!!!!! Best customer service EVER !!"
