"I am from Rochester, MN and was on my way from picking up my mother who was given some of the worst medical news of her life to get the best treatment she can from the St Louis area. Our Trailblazer had suddenly gained a misfire on the fourth cylinder and we didn’t know what we were gonna do. We pulled into Fred’s and I asked how quickly they could aid my mother and I and they were able to get us in and out in less than an hour.
