"Customer service is terrible. Their rater never works. They make you sign an unreal contract. Then charge you whatever they want. The contract my wife signed was $180 a month and now they're charging almost $250 a month and every quote she runs gets errored out in their system. Please don't waste your time with ezlynx. Use someone like HawkSoft for a management system... or anyone else other than ezlynx."

"We have been using EZLynx for several years. First just the rater and then added the management system. It's not a perfect system, but I've not seen an actual perfect system. It's easy to use and has a lot of innovative features. They have grown and added a lot in the time we've been with them. I've made some great connections from EZLynx and have shared ideas and even frustrations. This is a great system, especially if you're heavy in personal lines, but they are improving the commercial process as well."

"This company was bought by Applied Systems so I fault applied as well. I called Applied to sign up again for the comparative rater that they bought from a company called Semcat. They changed it to be called Applied Rater- anyway it worked great for me to prepare a nice comparison for my clients. The salesman from Applied sold me this EZlynx which is about the worst comparative rater i have ever used. They just scrapped applied raters interface which was great. The Ezlynx customer service was garbage and now i am stuck with software i cant use and have to pay for since they lock you in a one year contract. One more thing soon as i got the ezlynx rater the Applied rep was hounding me to get the management system when i told him we didnt want it. I use Hawksoft for my management system and they actually care about their customers."
