"Only thing I had trouble with is getting in touch with the adjusters. Everything else about Fred Loya (specifically the Lewisville location & staff) is great! The workers are amazing and were great at helping me with whatever information I needed!"

"Horrible place they acted I didnt even exist. Let me add it was two ppl working today I had to ask them if the were doin busy they told me just take a set n kept talkin to each other in Spanish. I just walked out. Don't do busy with them"

"I wouldnt recommend this insurance whatsoever. I got into a car accident and they claim they didnt receive my payment and now i have no car and no way to cover medical injuries. I am disabled so this screw up on their behalf has left me high and dry. I am completely aggravated and displeased with them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"If I could give less than one star, I would. When starting my policy I spent 2 1/2 hours trying to get everything going. Getting ahold of this location is next to impossible. The whole time I was starting my policy they would just watch the phone ring. I sold my vehicle and cancelled the policy. They told me I had to come into the location that there is no way to do it over the phone. After explaining to them what a challenge that was they allowed me to send a signed letter. The woman informed me my policy would be cancelled and I would not be auto drafted. Today it was auto drafted. I have tried calling the location 10-15 different times, only to be answered by other stores who can’t help me and told me that there is nothing I can do and I may receive a check in the mail at some point."

"Posting this while its fresh. You get what you pay for. Super over priced. Full coverage on my truck here is 3 times more than the other guys. As far as initial customer experience goes 3 stars. They are pretty friendly. However always making calls to ask permission for "X". And waiting half an hour just to pay my bill, because you cant pay via their (broken) site. Only by phone or using the gas to drive across town to their office. Finally, after moving to state farm, im still recieving bills and finding out they never really cancelled my policy and know nothing about it."
