"When certain people are in charge there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency for the customer. Was there to get ONE tire replaced and was there for over an hour after my car was in the bay. I can change a flat in less than 15 minutes without a lift so an hour and 15 minutes seemed a little excessive. Maybe if the techs weren't so busy visiting and holding their tool boxes up I might have gotten out earlier."
