"We did not have the best experience with this company. I called on short notice because our typical bus company wasn't available, so I was originally thankful they had a bus for us. We are a very small summer camp, so booking a charter mini bus was a big deal, and quite above our normal transportation budget, but again we were thankful they had one available. I got a quote over the phone, and completed their online booking, THEN paid in full. The day of our charter came, and no bus. So I called to see if there was a problem. There definitely was. We didn't have a bus booked AT ALL, and I had a camp full of kids ready to go from Fort Worth to Dallas for a scheduled field trip. When I spoke with the person who scheduled us, Alex, he claimed he had attempted to reach me, "multiple times via phone and email," the day before because they needed to run fraud protection on the card we booked with- despite it already having posted to our account. I asked him to confirm which number he had called (because it's my cell phone) and he again claimed he called several times and left a voicemail, but he did not. We eventually got it sorted out, but the bus would be an hour and a half late. I had to call and cancel one of our activities because we wouldn't make it on time. It caused the entire day to be stressful. Not to mention we pre-paid for time that wasn't used. If you make a mistake, own up to it. We looked at the phone records and there was a call (from an 800 number) one time the previous day, but did not leave a message so I had no idea who it was. There were definitely no emails, or other calls attempting to reach us prior. I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend them. Not worth what we paid for."

"Best in Ft. Worth Called and got a quote literally on the phone it was very easy. Great prices on charter buses and mini bus rentals and the customer service was a lot better than other companies I tried. Can't ask for much more. Buses are newer than smaller companies offer"
