Same thing I've been told EVERY TIME I call claims dept. HEARTLESS company is all I can think of. Calling around to my family to make sure no policies floating around that need to be taken up with a better/trusted company!!"

"They came to our Senior Housing and scammed me. I was paying attention and noticed some mis said statements from the lady a Ms Naomi and Mr Brian Johnson. They clearly did not know what they were doing. She kept saying that they were vetted and wouldn't be here unless they were reputable. I should've done my homework and looked at the reviews before I signed anything As a senior citizen I find this outrageous and they truly took advantage of me. They don't answer their phone and are not at all professional. They just want you to sign. If I have a problem with them and they take my money I will cause such a problem for them. Tonight I told the 'agent' Brian to cancel my policy he said ok and hung up the phone. What kind of nonsense is that. But play with me and you will find out I still have all my faculties and we will be going to court if any monies are taken out of my account!"

"Decided to get the policy because we like to ride our motorcycles and if anything were to happen we would be out of work for a while. Well, shortly after signing up (which the sales guy made it seem SO simple to file a claim) i wrecked on my motorcycle. Wasn’t going very fast but it still hurt for a couple days and the dr said i had a mild concussion. Well, turns out almost 2 weeks after signing up and them taking my payment they finally had a policy number so i could make my claim. Did so within a day and here we are… over a month later and now the agent who sold us the policy isn’t answering our calls and we have yet to receive the check that was “being processed” 2 weeks ago. And then he said they wait to pay out until we have made our 2nd payment due to fraud….. uuummmm…. I sent in the ER notes from the dr and everything- how could it be fraud? Also, quick to take my money but not to pay out my claim…. Yeah. Going back to Aflac. They are way nicer, more responsive and i cab do everything on an app and get the payments direct deposited. This company is a joke!"

"I was not impressed with this company. They do not care about their customers should they have to file a claim. Processing is slow, to non responsive. I am still waiting to get my claim processed. It has been over a month since the passing of my sibling. All paperwork was completed and OVERNIGHTED. Every time I call for a follow up their response is "we will be in touch as soon as we complete our review." I understand there is protocol , but it is going on over a month. Really? Don't waste your time or money! They only want your money but do not care about paying what is owed to you!! Buyer beware!!!"
